Jake Pyne

Jake is a co-investigator on the Reproductive Mental Health team.

He is a trans activist and social work graduate student at Ryerson University. His prior work has focused on access to services for transgender people, and he is currently the Community Development Coordinator for the Trans PULSE Project, investigating the impact of discrimination on the health of Ontario trans people.

Jake started at the Centre as a trainee, his project addressing reproductive mental health for trans people, in particular the impact of transphobia on trans parents has led to an ongoing position on the team.
