Cliff is the Director of North Okanagan Mental Health Services, Interior Health Authority. Cliff has consistently been a leader who listens to the voices of consumers and their supporters in developing the mental health system in the North Okanagan. Through his work, people with a mental illness know that help is available and recovery is possible.
